Very bad service. What you order almost never arrives. Food is ok Prices are always changing.

Ordered several times and was always disappointed ... the delivery times are incredibly no wonder that the food arrives cold, especially since you are already looking forward to your cold food and then it was the third time in a row to get another order have .. Sauhaufen if you do not understand German you can not pretend to be an operator .. MEISTERRR!

Tastes and the price is good, I have never been disappointed

Have ordered over Lieferheld. The food was not only not good, cold and fade. Also just over 2h delivered too late. The evening was therefore naturally run. Whether it is now on the delivery hero or the pizzeria is an open question. Never again and definitely none of my acquaintances and their acquaintances. Unfortunately we can not give -5 stars. But they would be worthy !!!

Honestly, if you were to read correctly, the money would be worthwhile !! But you do not even pay attention to your customers! You do not even read the notes / comments! 20 € for a pizza and you can not even manage to separate the topping separately. Respect. Not the first time. And I'm certainly not the first.

Great selection, very cheap and always nice! We usually pick up and sometimes order by phone. Always cut everything and tasted very good :)

A little hint: American pizza with salami, ham and hot peppers I can not remember when I last had another pizza ?

Unfortunately, the quality changes constantly. Sometimes totally delicious, sometimes scary. It often happens that not everything corresponds to the order and ingredients are missing. Today the ordered crust was missing from both pizzas.

2 x pasta dishes ordered ... Everything spiced to death with Maggi. Edible only to a limited extent. Fresh salad but you won't find the taste ... well, the competition has a chance in terms of quality! That was the last time for an order from Karlstrasse 37

We waited 1:30 for our meal. When asked, it was said in a nutshell: "Yes, oh, that's when the next driver is out." Then the pizza finally came, half cold and the driver is said to be unable to switch from 20 euros to 17 euros. Then he goes down to the car where he suddenly has change ... And he was mega pampy too. No thanks!

You order the same pizza on different days and different amounts of money are charged each time. Between € 8-11 for a salami pizza. The drivers then know nothing and insist on the money and not what is in the flyer. Not recommended
